when I was working for he state attorney's office I had the opportunity to visit death row inmates in Florida. And we talked to the guards about the various last meals that have been eaten over the years.

One of the most memorable ones.

one guy asked for a rack of ribs and a gallon of ice cream.

that being said, what would your last meal be?

im thinking a 16oz NY strip. Mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob,

for desert ... A chocolate lava cake and ice cream.

A McRib and a Shamrock shake. They are never offered at the same time so I am hopeful that would buy me some extra time. 

Seriously I would probably choose turkey and dressing.

Would go with a nice thick Porterhouse cooked Caveman style (with lots of steak sauce on the side to p!ss off the cook.....wedge salad with extra Bleu Cheese Dressing...and grilled asparagus.....and an ice cold Fosters Oil Can.......pecan pie for dessert.

Mennonite farmer sausage, home made noodles, with sausage gravy.  

Peach cobber & blueberry pie for desert - both still warm with home made ice cream.

Bring me my Shirley and a SRF Gold Brisket. Biggest one possible. And a face cord of pecan. I'll go low and slow... spend my last 18 hours tending to that brisket.

olive garden breadsticks, Crab Cake appetizer from a nice seafood grill, a mexican burrito with beef, cheese, and beans... for dessert vanilla bread pudding

Reverse -seared 1.5: thick porterhouse steak, ultimately cooked to med rare, more on the rare side, smothered in roasted garlic, onions and mushrooms, a bottle of cab franc, twice baked potatoes with gouda and cheddar, grilled broccoli with parmesean cheese baked in on top and a nice spinach/butter lettuce/tomato, cucumber salad with blue cheese sprinkles and French dressing.

All of the stuff cooked on the big green egg of course.  Royal Oak mixed with El Diablo mesquite lump charcoal.
