Started off as St Louis Cut Basic dry rub 2 days ahead of the super bowl party-- Basic 3-2-1 ( although I did it on a grill raised quite high and covered with aluminum pans during the cook) smoked thick cut bacon for 2 hours, pulled before it crisped and diced, glazed the ribs during the last hour- Topped with the bacon and let the bacon crisp on the ribs, added a dusting of brown sugar at the end-- Visalia, Ca @lkapigian -
