I have tried lamb a few times in the past and never really liked it due to the aftertaste of lanolin. Have a hunch it may have not been lamb but mutton. Anyway I liked it this time but there is some left over. Any suggestions as to how to use it up in the next couple of days? I cooked it inside in a Lodge Dutch oven as it was 10°F and both Eggs were froze shut and so was my supplies box. I know it would have been even better on the Egg but not today. Yeah, I'm a wuss but I'm still going to keep my man card. Any suggestions on how to use this are appreciated.
A poor widows son.
