Its that time of year

Options
Rack of pork on sale at Sams.   One of my favorite things to cook and eat.   Got a few for the freezer so the goodness can last all year long.   Cooked on the large at 300 degrees indirect with cherry/pecan mix.  Rubbed with OR secret weapon and glazed with a homemade mixture of honey,  maple syrup,  ketchup,  stone ground mustard,  vinegar,  brown sugar,  and worcestershire.  As good as it gets.
