Rack of pork on sale at Sams. One of my favorite things to cook and eat. Got a few for the freezer so the goodness can last all year long. Cooked on the large at 300 degrees indirect with cherry/pecan mix. Rubbed with OR secret weapon and glazed with a homemade mixture of honey, maple syrup, ketchup, stone ground mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, and worcestershire. As good as it gets.

Thanks for all the compliments folks. I promise you it tasted every bit as good as it looked. @pgprescott the glaze was sort of made up on the spot but pretty close measurements would be 1-1/2 cups maple syrup, 1/2 cup honey, 2 T worcestershire, 4T ketchup, 4 T apple juice, 4 T stone ground mustard, 2 T brown sugar. Heat to a boil, no real need to reduce.
