1st Ribs...

Morning All:

Somewhat misleading subject...it was the first ribs for our one-year old grandson...here he is with the piece of meat he pulled off the rib...


Ribs going on...two slabs, St. Louis cut, one on the left has DP IPA & one on right has DP Raging River...


I think it passes the "bend test" after almost 5 hours at 250...


Both off the Egg and ready to eat...


Kathy also put together a fruit pie/cobbler, on the Egg...


Done!


I didn't get pictures of the other dinner items, oh well, they were good too!
