Chicken Fried Chicken and NOLA's Au Gratin Potatoes

Best meal I've made in a while. Fried the chicken in the CI on the Egg which is nice so I don't smoke up the house and have it smelling like fried chicken for the next few days.  Two large breasts (  =) ) made four after cutting them in half and pounding.  I used some Sirracha sauce in the egg wash and Loveless Cafe Chicken Shake in the flour mixture. It was awesome. This is the second time I've made NOLA's au gratin potatoes and they are the bomb, I used several different Sargento cheeses this time which made it better than the first time. I had made the gravy for breakfast a couple days ago and just warmed the leftovers for the chicken tonight.
