The Mini Got The Call This Evening

Options
Just the wife and me for dinner, so the Mini got the call for tonight's cook.  One of my favorite cooks is a simple reverse sear tri tip with the Fiesta faquita rub.  I threw on a couple of brats for tomorrow's lunch.  Plated with some potatoe hash and carrots. The Mini always amazes me how fast it comes up to temp.  




Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
