Sunday dinner...

Morning All:

Kathy wanted roast & veggies so who am I to argue...start with a two pound chuck roast, put a little bacon grease in the Dutch oven, coat the roast with DP Game On, then brown...just after the first flip...


add some carrots, tators, onion along with water, a can of beef consommé and some Merlot...simmer for about 90 minutes (dome temp about 300)...


Set everything aside while using the liquid to make gravy...


Time to EAT...
