Looking for favorite Spatchcock recipe

So, I spatchcocked a turkey last year, and between it and the oven roasted bird my wife did, it was the winner.  But, there was no real magic to it.  So, I am soliciting favorite recipes this year.  If you plan to cook it this way on your egg and have full intentions of blowing the minds of your guests, what's up your sleeve?

Do you inject a spatchcocked bird?

Brine bird. Spatch it. Herb Infused compound butter null fresh herbs around and maybe a handful of fresh dried rosemary onto the hot coals at the beginning. 
Edit: I may hold off on the dried rosemary this time.
