What to ask for on Christmas...

I'm looking to put together a Christmas List to give to SWMBO and was looking for some input. 

The first thing I put on was a Thermapen.  Seems like a no-brainer.

I was also looking at the the ceramicgrillstore and can't decide what to get.  I see the AR and I see a PSWOO2.  I'm not sure what I want to get.  If I'm looking for increasing the amount of area I can cook on, what's the best way to go?  What exactly should I get?

Other than these 2 things, any 'must have' accessories?  I already have a KAB.
