Went on at 11 last night so I could pull it off after a long day of winery tastings
Taco inspired by Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ in Austin. Beans, cheese, bacon, fried egg, pulled pork. Finished off with (not pictured) salsa doña ala tacodeli

Just applied the rub directly. I've used mustard before and even olive oil. Can't really say that I've noticed a difference in the amount of rub that stays on.
