Well first was I just wasn't using it, but really, because I found this on eBay. (At a really good price). It's a Carlisle 4" full service pan tote. I've been researching them since @cazzy showed off his stacker Cambro tote. It seems to be made of the same stuff and construction as my yeti, and claims to keep food over 140 degrees for six hours. We'll see, as I'm now plotting ways to test it. Lol

It works. I've done a couple of events with my old lacrosse coach and he has 4 or 5 of them that we used to hold butts, chicken, top round, and brisket.
Like a boss. -
That is 140 for 6 hours for a standard cut of meat, veggies or whatever. For a big hunk of meat like a brisket or butt, you can be expect it to hold longer. Preheat it before and leave it open after you use and clean it.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

I've got a buddy who uses those to haul smoked pork butts around to customers. They damn straight work, but are expensive. I think he bought his used.Dave - Austin, TX

I was going to guess you figured out how to do the things without the stroker.

A Stoker is to a Cateraide
as a Spatula is to a ???????
Trying to form a connection between a Stoker and an insulated food carrier is going to be stuck in my head all day.

I thought you got rid of the Stoker because of the power cord issue you were telling me about and wanted to off load it on some creepy van driver.
Kidding of course...

I have a Larger Carlisle food carrier I use for competition. IT's every bit as good as a Cambro. And it' will super hold foods. To the point you have to be careful not to overcook by taking something directly off the smoker then putting it in the Carrier. You need to let it rest and fall at least 20 degrees before closing the lid.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum
