Haha, ya I guess it looks pretty bad, we dont actually eat that much bacon though, at all. a 1/3 of it is for our nephew, and we end up giving lots of it away when asked. But it will still last us quite awhile. And we love it compared to store bought.County of Parkland, Alberta, Canada -

Looks great, and yes, great slicing job by hand! Impressive to say the least.
I will say I am kind of confused. I am still trying to decide if that that might still be considered Canadian bacon?.?.?.?.?
