Haven't egged much but jake wanted salmon. Mainaded in brown sugar, soy, oil and water.

Looks delicious.
I pay $22 at Roaring Fork in Austin for their Cedar Planked Salmon that is scrumptious and looks similar. They serve it with a yummy soy-butter mixture in a ramekin. -

It looks awesome man. It has been a while since I marinated salmon. Not sure why...we always loved it. It really soaks up the marinade nicely.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
