Snapper and prawns with ginger sauce

Kids are allergic to seafood, do this just for me and the wife.  Grilled a snapper (on foil) and some prawns with ginger sauce.  Peeled a large piece of ginger and blended with olive oil, soy sauce and a little salt.  I didn't measure anything just added a little at a time until the consistency and taste were to my liking.  After it was blended I add finely chopped green onions.  Let the snapper and prawns marinate for about 30 minutes befor they went on the grilled.  Cooked at about 400-425 untily the fish eyeballs and prawns turned white.  Added more sauce after they came off the grill and served with rice.
