Sunday Night Pizza before Carrie comes on. Dough is simple, blend a pkg of rapid yeast with 1-1/3 cups of water around 110 degrees with a tsp of sugar. Let it sit for about ten minutes then mix with 3tbsp olive oil and around 3 cups of AP flour. Keep running mixer until flour is absorbed and dough is not sticky. May need to add more flour as time goes on. Then roll out thin and use. For thicker crust let it rise for 30 to 60 minutes. Kids did their own and the wife made ours with Canadian bacon, green peppers, fresh mozzarella and basil. Dessert was nutella and marshmallows. Cooked indirect around 550 for about 10 to 12 minutes. Used a torch on the mallows at the end for the wife. Likes hers burnt!

Great looking pizzas and some cute kids! That dough recipe sounds so easy I think even I could do it.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Those kids are cute as bugs and those pizzas look great! Way to get the kids involved also. I got my son involved at a young age (he's 23 now) and now I can call home with instructions to load the lump, light the egg and put the (fill in applicable cut of meat here) on as mom and I will be home in an hour....and when I get home - bingo...the meat is just coming off the grill. Teaching them early does have advantages!
