drawing a blank. Need help with time.

Drawing a blank concidering I have done a lot of these. Just not for awhile. 2 full pork loins stuffed and wrapped in bacon. Both cut in half due to the length of these ones. Will probably do raised on both Latge eggs. 325 I think. But I can recall how long it usually takes.???? Maybe to many runs last night. Anyone? Hour and a half maybe? We have a small window for dinner tonight.

Here's a cut from a reputable site that I use for a good guess:
Roast on egg at 375, indirect, until internal temp reaches 137*, (approx 55-60 min) Remove from egg,
This is based on a rolled and stuffed loin but it's a good target.  Enjoy and best of luck-

At 325 I would guestimate 1 1/2 hours. Crank it up to 425 if dinner it is getting close to feeding time and they are not there yet.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
