Mongolian Chicken

Decided to put a twist on Mongolian Beef.  Went a little heavier on the sauce and seasonings because chicken is so bland.  It worked really good.

This looks incredible.  You single handedly over the last few months have convinced me to give it a try on the egg.  What sauce did you put on this?

I loosely followed this recipe and added some crushed red pepper flakes to the chicken. Also added shrooms which got added the same time as the onions.  Oh and I cut the sugar in 1/2

Thanks @Mattman3969 for sharing. Made this for dinner tonight. It was really quite tasty. I found there to be too much sauce though. Yours look like it was just about right. Thanks for the tip about the sugar. I too cut it in half and found it to be sweet enough. Great quick meal!!

Glad you enjoyed!!   I may have let my sauce boil just a bit longer causing it to reduce more.  I can never replicate my sauce thickness exactly.

I've used the Egg for stir fry for a couple of years and have always been happy with the results.  Tonight weather is not the best, and had to go quick as there wasn't much time between the Jays/Yankees double header today so I just did it on the gas stove top.  Made me realize just how awesome the Egg is to wok on.  The difference in heat is incomparable.

I have not stir-fried on the Egg myself, but this sure looks like it should be done at my house.

Absolutely agreed @jaydub58.  I really enjoy to stir fry on the egg.
