Fajitas

Options
Took some fajitas to my brother's house for dinner since they just had a new baby. Sous Vide chicken and seared on the Egg. Used my Little Griddle for the onions and peppers. First time using this new rub and I loved it. Great flavor. 



Also made some nachos a few days ago, I've been on a Mexican kick lately.  Used some leftover deer meat that I had made stuffed peppers with(no pics of that). Browned with vidalia onions and fresh garlic and DP Swamp Venom. Added poblano peppers and onions, Mexican white cheese and shredded pepper jack. It was great.
