Decided to make Banh Mi with leftover pork from last night.

Whipped up the pickle - carrot, dikon, vinegar, sugar, cilantro, Thai chili - chamber vacuumed to speed up the marinade infusion.


Crusty sub buns toasted lightly, spread with pate (bottom) and mayo (top), topped with pork, pickle, cucumber, cilantro, hot sauce. Easy no-cook meal.
