Mini Max Holding 250° ±10°

I was like most with the mini max wanting to be at 350°+. I pulled the draft door and tightened it up a bit and also put sealant between the draft door and the egg for a full seal (factory only seals top and bottom).

I used my Stoker only for logging temps and did not use the blower to maintain temps. If your MM doesn't want to hold lower temps, I would recommend.

Here is my temp fluctuation after 3 hours of doing ribs. I lit my MM using RO and when the temps hit 300°, I added 2 levels of ribs and closed the vents down. Also below are my vent settings for the last 3 hours.

Ribs are smelling great. 2 more hours....
