stuff happens - pizza disaster

Last night I was using an old ROMA brand premade crust from the freezer. It developed a couple cracks so I knew I'd have to watch for melted cheese leakage onto the stone. Just the same for some reason my large egg fought me and I couldn't get above 420 and I wanted 450. With time running out the pizza went on. First time I checked was 14 minutes later and the top was done, but the crust was stuck to the stone and half of the topping flowed off like hot lava when I slipped the peel under the crust! I scraped it back on as best I could. Great tasting - but bad appearance! 

Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
