Just a short word about the great service I received at BBQ Outfitters in Austin. I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

Bought my Egg about 3 years ago and have since moved to Austin. My original dealer is about a 9 hour drive. Had a cracked fire box recently. Went by their store - they said send us pictures and a copy of your receipt and we'll take care of you.

Sent the pictures on a Monday, had a new fire box ready on a Thursday.

Great service - thanks BBQ Outfitters. If you are in Austin check them out.

    I concur. Bought my Egg in Chicago but bought my Challenger Cart and various odds & ends there. Great, friendly folks.
