Once again the mini has made me happy.
Chicken thighs with a mix of Tsunami Spin & Old Bay cooked direct @ 475°.
Corn on the cob was next
Then we have a simple plating.

Not as much as you would think. I only had a handful of lump in the mini plus I had the woo in so I guess you you could call it raised direct if there is such a thing for this little guy. Looks great, Matt. I'd tear that up. My mini has been seeing a lot of action as well lately. Seems like the Mini has become overshadowed on the forum by the minimax, but I still love mine.
