A Day of Pizza and Bread on the Egg.

Chef Michelle Vagnati made a visit up to our shop for another on of her popular "Pizza and Bread on the Egg" classes.  We cook out of the Jim Lahey's books (my Pizza/my Bread), which I highly recommend to any who would like to start exploring making fantastic Pizza or Bread in their backyard on the Egg.  

Here is a pic of the simple Pizza Marguerite and a fresh loaf of artisan bread.
