Chef Michelle Vagnati made a visit up to our shop for another on of her popular "Pizza and Bread on the Egg" classes. We cook out of the Jim Lahey's books (my Pizza/my Bread), which I highly recommend to any who would like to start exploring making fantastic Pizza or Bread in their backyard on the Egg.

Nice. I've yet to venture into bread and pizza dough making. Still buying dough for pizzas from a local pizzeria. Need to try.
