Out of my element.

I'm going to admit right up front that I'm not a inside cook at all. As the title states, I was definitely out of my natural element cooking this. Nonetheless it was fun and a learning experience. I did use the mini for the steaks, everything else was cooked inside. This was suppose to be my take on steak and shrimp fajitas. However it ended up just a big pile of food. It tasted great though. At any rate, here it is for better or for worse my friends. May the brisket Gods forgive me for this one and your hair grow long and shaggy.

Looks passable.  Hope you didn't have any guests.  Barely enough food for 1.
That plate at the bottom, I ate the whole thing. Still enough left for my wife when she gets home. And thanks buddy.

Looks awesome to me!! I give you major props for doing it!! Generally, anything done inside creates too much cleaning for me (except chili in the Fall!!). Nice job.

Whatever you can cook outside, you can cook inside - wait - or is it whatever you can cook inside, you can cook outside? Whatever - I find cooking is just cooking. You obviously know what you're doing. Great job on cooking for 12. Or two...

I feel your pain brother. However being a man of large appetite myself, I have found a solution to this dilemma. The key is to eat while you are cooking. As they steak got done, I took a few bites. Same with shrimp and rice. This will help hold you over until it's time to throw down.
