Scallops with lime basil

This wasn't made on the egg, but it could've been. 
U/10 dry scallops
Lime basil
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Paprika

Seasoned the scallops with S&P, paprika. 
Melted some butter in a pan. 
Added scallops to pan, making sure not to crowd them. Add some of the basil to the pan to add flavor to the butter.
 Let them carmelize on the first side before turning. Approximately 3 minutes.
Flip over and baste with the butter as the second side cooks. Approximately 3 minutes.
Removed from pan, added some more basil to each scallop and drizzled with some of the remaining butter.
Served with grilled broccoli and salt potatoes.
