Last night's prime rib cook

Had my sister in law and her husband over for their anniversary last night. Did reverse sear prime rib with sous vide veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. Prime rib was done reverse until 115 internal which allowed me to get a good long sear, brining the temp close to 130 or so. Veggies were sous vide at 185 for about an hour. Strawberry blueberry cobbler for dessert. Was a busy night but managed a couple pics. More pics of the dessert than anything else for some strange reason?

Great looking cook brother B!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
