Lazy Saturday On The Deck...

Nothing pressing today... Sounds like a perfect time to get some egging in

Up early, shopped, gassed up and got the wife's SUV washed and home by 9AM. The girls are out shopping for most of the day, which means its gonna be me, the egg, some hard root beers, and Spotify on the deck for remainder of the day.

Picked up some flanken ribs to do first, have them marinating now in a modified version of Raichlen's recipe. Used salt, pepper, oregano, fresh garlic, and some hot chili pepper olive oil... Going to do them at high heat like a steak on the grate. Also picked up some chicken kabobs for the girls and a nice ribeye for me which I am going to do on a cedar plank just to give it a shot..
