Pizza ... It's been too long

My family loves pizza. I love pizza. I love my LBGE. My family loves that I love my LBGE. I'm not sure why it's been so long since I've done a pizza cook, but today was the day to break the dry spell.
The first was a Margherita made with fresh tomatoes and basil from my garden.
The other one was loaded up with Canadian bacon, onions, mushrooms.
Both were made with homemade crust and homemade sauce.
I'm pretty sure it won't be so long again before I fix pizza again.

Pizza is great once you get your go to method figured out. Looks like you have yours figured out. Nicely done!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Are you using parchment paper? My dough sticks even with lots of corn meal. Can keep it off the stone. I keep trying but not very successful.

@1sooneregg : Yes, I use parchment paper. I do trim some of the extra so it doesn't burn up too much. These were cooked between 600 and 650 at about the felt level. I typically go higher in the dome, but this time my setup was a bit different.

I did pizza for the first time the other day. They came out so freaking awesome, I am afraid to do it again. I used dough from a local pizza joint. Made the pies on parchment paper and put them on the stone directly on the grate with the setter on as well. The recipe I used said 550 for 7 minutes. I was around that and was nervous as hell waiting. I looked at 7 minutes and the crust was perfect. My favorite thing I have cooked by far.
