Wings three ways

well, I did the brined wings thing. They were moist, but the skin was not as crisp as we all suspected. Sauced with franks wing sauce, rub some butt mustard sauce and some sweet chili Asian sauce. I did dust with corn starch which helped, but I don't think I will be brining them again. They were good though.

They look great! Did you leave them uncovered in fridge I would assume? If so, how long? Never brined wings as I've not seen a need. Were they more moist than u brined?Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga
