Simple Red Salmon

Father in law brought this back from an Alaskan fishing trip a couple years ago. He found this package buried in the freezer. Drizzled with EVOO, dusted with Dizzy Pig Raging River and onto an unsoaked cedar plank directly on a 400 degree fire. Cooked about 20 minutes until salmon was 140 internal. Two smaller pieces were done first.  Love it!
