I had a piece of leftover corn beef brisket. While the current chicken and Italian sausage are doing their thing on the Egg, I thin sliced the brisket, put it in a pan and smoked it with the other meat. This stuff came out tasting like a prime steak and very tender. Very good flavor. [p]Jerry
