Putting a six pound butt on now. Have to be at work at 7 until 3. Wife will be here so temps can be checked and pulled off but if I go hot and fast I could possibly FTC by 6 am and tasty Q when I get home. What would you do.

    I've become a huge fan of turbo. Have cooked my last 6 or 8 butts turbo and don't think I ever need to low and slow again.

    If you have to be at work till 3 why rush it? I do turbo a lot but let it ride if you don't have to take co workers food  
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
