OT - Whole hog roast

Apologies in advance for the off topic post, but I had such a fun cook today, I wanted to share with my fellow eggheads (despite the fact that the egg wasn't involved in any part of the cooking process). My cousin had a backyard cook off and I gladly volunteered to do a whole hog. Honestly one of my best results - perfect moisture, flavour, and texture. The skin was potato chip crispy throughout. Definitely a feel good cook. Pics almost certainly will be out of order.
