Hong Kong Steak - Pic Heavy

Options

Started with Sous Vide, 2 frozen steaks into pot a 130 degrees for 3.5 hours. 



On to the small egg at 600 degrees for 90 seconds a side


Let the steaks rest while getting the wok ready on the large


Wok on spider, approx. 500 degrees, broccoli, bok choy, bean sprouts and mushrooms


Sauce/gravy, mix of corn starch, water, black bean and garlic sauce, oyster sauce and soy


Let the sauce thicken


Ready to serve
