    Legume...I used my first home made raised grate and just let it sit in the bottom of the fire bowl, then laid my foil-wrapped pizza stone on top for a small indirect deflector. I had it positioned toward the front of the XL and built the fire toward the back.   Worked out great for cooking  this indirect smaller portion cook.

    Did I read somewhere here that you're cooking at the Columbus Eggfest in Oct.? It's only about a 6 hour drive for me to get there!

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Yes TOTN, I have all intentions, but I haven't signed up yet. Maybe this weekend I can get that taken care of.  Also Porkopolis is coming up in Cinci soon, and Brownsboro Hardware in Louisville. If I can get my act together, I'm gonna hit all three.
