Simple ribeye cook

Have not been out fishing reciently, so my wife came home with two boneless ribeyes and said she wanted them for dinner last night.

So I used our egg platter and rubbed them:


Had a drink while the egg got happy; Bombay sapphire and tonic:


Then I cooked them:

Then we ate them and paired them with a Carnivore Cab.


It it was not until I went to make this post that I realized there were no sliced pictures taken. But I know that my thermopen registered 124 after a 5 minute rest.  It was perfect for me.
