I just moved from Dallas to Seattle so thought I'd celebrate the movers getting the Egg here in one piece.  First I smoked a chicken.  It's unseasonably hot here in Seattle so chicken salad sounded good.  Next I grilled up some fresh Copper River salmon.  Then I finished it up with some cherry cobbler made from some fresh cherries we picked up at the farmer's market.  While I was baking the cobbler, a nice looking doe visited my backyard.  But the number of bourbons I'd had prevented me from getting a pic of that.  Glad to be in the new place!!
