Reverse Sear Ribeyes

First off, you guys are awesome!

After researching all day I bought two 16oz Ribeyes to test on my first reverse sear. I started at 250* until I reached an internal of 115* on largest steak. Then cranked up to 550* for 2 min a side to sear them in! Absolutely incredible!

I've always used A1 on every steak since I was super young, so I had to try, note it's on the picture. But you can say I'll only use it in case of future emergencies now!
