1st time post, I have owned my Large BGE for about a month.  My best friend has been trying to talk me into buying one for years.  Glad I finally got one.  Made my 2nd pot roast on the egg using a Dutch oven, turned out even better the 2nd time.  Now I'm cooking some chicken thighs using the plate setter and seasoned with some marinade on them.
