2-8 ounce 80/20 burgers Cooked at 450/475 4 minutes then flipped for 4 more until medium (I should have pulled them 90 seconds earlier)

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
