I need to supply 20 lbs. of pulled pork for our amateur radio club Hamfest. Can someone give me an idea of how much raw meat I will need to yield this amount?

Typically, you will yield about 50% from the raw weight. I would start with approx 40lbs raw.

Bone-in, yep start with 40# till be safe. If they're trimmed, you probably get away with 35#.

I just cooked 27lbs of boneless and yielded 12.5lbs (46%).

You will lose 50% of the pre cooked weight. I learned this after cooking 200 pounds for a picnic last summer.
