Blackened Cod & Asparagus Salad

 Put the small to work tonight. Picked up a few Cod filets and some asparagus.

Fried up some bacon and hard boiled some eggs while the asparagus was get tender/crisp on the small


Then while the asparagus was cooling off the CI was warming up for the cod. I let it heat @ 350 for about 30mins then the fish went in. 


While the fish was a sizzling I chopped the asparagus,bacon and eggs   

All done and ready to eat. 


This this made for a quick and tasty meal. Thanks for looking.
