Loin Back Pork Ribs!

Options
6 racks of Loin Back Ribs, the 3 on the lowest rack were trimmed and rubbed with just DP Dizzy Dust and slow smoked at 250 indirect for 5 hours, the 3 racks on the top rack were smoked 2 days ago at 250 indirect using the same method then we're foiled and rubbed with butter, brown sugar and honey and sauced all 6 went another hour until they passed the bend test and were great. Sauced won out!

Oh, the dirty, dirty, fork! Ribs look great. Looks like you let them ride, no foil? What smoke wood?

No foil with 4 chunks of cherry. I typically 3-2-1 but these were every bit as good.
