We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. TRI-TIP. Kudos to the Publix store in this small S. GA town.... I asked the guy if he had ever heard of Tri-Tip and he gave me this look like..."man, this ain't my first day at the rodeo." The local specialty butcher, on the other hand, was clueless.


What method do you fellow eggers suggest for my inaugural Tri-Tip?
