TRI-TIP. Kudos to the Publix store in this small S. GA town.... I asked the guy if he had ever heard of Tri-Tip and he gave me this look like..."man, this ain't my first day at the rodeo." The local specialty butcher, on the other hand, was clueless.


What method do you fellow eggers suggest for my inaugural Tri-Tip?
