Greetings friends...
Got of my butts on the BGE right now.. Gonna take her into work between our brunch and dinner shift for the staff.
But i but I just gotta show you these floors upstairs. This is undoctored and un finished flooring that will eventually get a stand up fine sand and then tung oil. Pretty amazing transformation... Before and after...

I'm hoping someone here chimes in with tung oil advice. How long before I can walk on it?
butt is low and slow while we are here working the brunch shift. Think it might be timed almost exactly right!
One thing I did differently was I put a decent size mesquite log down under the charcoal. Home Depot had all that for sale a while ago and I figured it couldn't hurt if it just smoldered. Interested to see how it affects my smoke profile.Large BGE and Medium BGE
