SO we are participating in the local Birmingham eggfest again this year. one theme we are going for is international swine. (one teammate wants to name our team "international swine" but anyways asian, cuban, and greek pork loins are on the menu so far. We wanted to do a grilled hot wing or buffalo chicken of some sort. what would be a good, effecient and cheap cut of meat to use in this environment?

I am thinking about doing one this fall, I had an idea of doing something with a soft pretzel from a local bakery that a restaurant has on their menu went back to try again major let down sorry no help yet.XL & waiting for my Mini Max Bloomington MN.
