In my opinion, the rice is the hardest part but I nailed it this time. The family loves sushi night.

Tuna and salmon from whole foods. I usually buy at local fish peddler but I wanted to give this a try. Takes a while to defrost but it was worth it.South Florida - Large BGE (DOB: 12/07/2013)
