Home grown, air dried, roasted and ground peri peri flakes. Very spicy and great on pizza.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

I got my plants from a friend who is a commercial grower, but I suspect you can find peri peri on line. A nice green bush with small white flowers that turn into green then red peppers. A lot hotter that regular red pepper.buzd504 said:Where would obtain such a spice?
